Group One Ltd. has appointed John Sanchez as sales associate. As Group One continues to spur the growth of its leading brands, the company has taken note of the expanding need for dedicated in-house support staff, and responded with the addition of another well-informed and accomplished representative.

Sanchez now provides internal customer support on all product lines that Group One distributes, including UK-based brands MC² Audio Ltd. and XTA Electronics, while offering an emphasis on the renowned Celestion line. He covers such key topics as product specs, application and operation, along with pricing, availability, and follow-up on orders.

Sanchez brings specialized experience and a comprehensive skill set to his new role at Group One. A former sales associate for prominent retailers Manny’s Music and Alto Music, he is also an affirmed music lover who has toured nationally with metal outfit Blood Has Been Shed. Sanchez is also technically proficient in critical areas including instrument repair and PA installation and counts years of experience as a guitar teacher toward his instructional capabilities.
