In 2007 Tomcat USA completed a project with Barbizon Light in Boston for Northeastern University to help complete the transformation of St. Ann’s Parish into a new performance space for the University, now known as the Fenway Center.

For its part, Tomcat supplied a 46’ X 27’ grid comprised of 6.5’ Sky ladder truss seven bays wide and four bays deep. All of the pieces were powder coated black. Sky Truss was the perfect solution for a venue with limited options for rigging points.

Sky is a ladder beam truss product with a sturdy spigot connection that won Best Debuting Product at LDI 2006. It’s designed for light, medium, and heavy-duty applications over short and large spans. It utilizes a “Star Connection” system or it can be connected directly.
