AV Concepts partnered with the designers at Event Eleven to help technically produce TV Guide’s prestigious fifth annual Emmy Awards after-party at Hollywood hot spot Les Deux late last month. As part of the package, AV Concepts provided a live east coast feed of the Emmy Awards Show for early arrivals. AV Concepts also provided flawless video coverage to partygoers of the live event switched with the televised event on 40 plasma displays throughout the main tent, outside garden and Les Deux club.

The post-Award Show was star studded with celebrity performances including John Legend and Kayne West. The performances were shown on the plasmas throughout the party. AV Concepts used two cameras to capture all the best angles including a jib or camera “crane” for a close up view of the performers on stage. AV Concepts edited, switched, and distributed the live show to all 40 plasma screens mounted on tent walls and various free stands, ensuring a good view from every point of view in the crowded tent and adjacent club restaurant. 

AV Concepts also assisted the PR agency Bragman Nyman Cafarelli (BNC-PR) with a quick turn around on multiple video clips for the post Emmys press coverage which aired nationally the next morning.
