. recently announced a new service strategy, The Right Product, Right Price, Right Now program, implemented in February 2003. It offers customers a 20% price reduction on all standard lengths of 12” and 20.5” bolted truss products. In addition, TOMCAT customers can now expect up to 20 sections of these products to be available two business days after an order is placed.
“Light- and medium-duty trusses are standard in every rental inventory in the country,” says TOMCAT’s marketing coordinator, Carrie Robertson. “We believe that providing great products at great prices when needed will allow TOMCAT’s customers to be the most competitive in the industry.”

The ‘more’ James refers to is foreshadowing a series of new products and services due out this year. “We have been working for months to create new products consistent with the Right Product, Right Price, Right Now strategy,“ says Keith Bohn, TOMCAT USA’s design manager. “You will see, we have done just that.” While only modest hints of a revolutionary product for night clubs, retail centers, and hotel ballrooms have been suggested, these new products are sure to be consistent with TOMCAT’s demonstrated innovation and expertise in aluminum fabrication.
Other customer friendly services implemented by TOMCAT this year include a new website designed to be more interactive. Customers can now download TOMCAT’s product catalog, a PALM OS catalog, and AutoCAD drawings of TOMCAT standard products.
