After a successful eight months with Stage Technologies, Gerry Jeatt has been appointed operations manager.
Jeatt joined the company in October 2006 primarily to oversee large UK and international projects. His responsibilities have since developed and, following the company’s further recent expansion, he has become increasingly involved in the manufacturing side of the business. His new position as operations manager will ensure the overall smooth running of production processes, including bespoke and product solutions for all of Stage Technologies’ worldwide projects.
Stage Technologies has also recently been joined by Robert Hopkins. Hopkins will be working on permanent installation project as a system integration engineer. He has strong knowledge of electromechanical automated systems and motion control from his experience working in the theatre and entertainment industry for nearly 12 years. After graduating from Brunel University, Hopkins joined a specialist scenery design company, providing large-scale mechanical set installations. He then went on to work closely with sports broadcasting and live entertainment industries, developing bespoke equipment for specialist camera systems.
