Charles Cosler Theatre Design

has appointed a new vice president: he is Michael Mell, who has over 30 years' experience in the theatrical industry as a consultant, designer, and educator.

Mell joined the firm in October; he has been involved in the development of many performing arts facilities, including New York's Carnegie Hall; the Benendum Center for the Performing Arts in Pittsburgh; Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano, Switzerland; the Ford Center for the Performing Arts in North York, Ontario; Sala São Paolo in Brazil; and the Auditorium de Dijon in France.

Current Charles Cosler Theatre Design projects include the Milwaukee Auditorium; the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Klein Memorial Auditorium, and the Akron Civic Theatre.
