The nominations for the 2004 Laurence Olivier Awards, the West End's equivalent of Broadway's Tonys, were announced today. Three musicals--Pacific Overtures (a transfer of a production that originated at the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre), Ragtime and Jerry Springer - The Opera--led the pack with eight nominations each.
