Rosco, the Stamford, CT-based manufacturer of color filters, fog machines, scenic paint, coatings, and other related products, has named Tracey Cosgrove to the manager of customer satisfaction, a new post at the company.

Mark Engel, Rosco’s chief operating officer, says, “We have come a long way in recent years in improving Rosco’s performance in meeting our customer’s expectations. But we feel there is still more to do and Tracey is the right person to oversee this company-wide challenge. She will act as liaison among all the functional departments at Rosco, such as accounting, operations, IT, sales and marketing, and our dealer-customers. She will directly oversee our customer service operations in Stamford, Hollywood, and Texas and will work at developing better processes and procedures to make Rosco an even better place for our customers.”

In addition to her new responsibilities, Cosgrove will continue as Rosco’s product manager for paint and coatings.
