The Pixelpar 660tw (tungsten white) and the Pixelpar 87tw feature the same energy-efficient characteristics as the complementary color-mixing Pixelrange that was launched at PLASA in September. These fixtures are ideal for a myriad of applications including architectural, retail, and feature lighting, and also for home use where not color-mixing is required.
The Pixelpar 660tw's main technical features include maximum power consumption of just 80W, and lux intensity of 9000 at 1m. The beam angle is 10º, and the fixture's LED matrix consists of 440 daylight white LEDs and 215 yellow LEDs. The patent-pending heat exchanger is switchable between tungsten and daylight color temperature and the LED matrix is mounted on a patent-pending heat exchanger which is easily removed to enable easy upgrade when higher brightness LEDs become available. There's no radiated heat within the beam, and the predicted lifetime is 100,000 hours.
The Pixelpar 87tw's maximum power consumption is just 8W, giving a lux intensity of 1232 lux at 1m, and a beam angle of 10º. The LED matrix consists of 60 daylight white LEDs and 27 yellow LEDs, with the same patent-pending heat exchanger switchable between tungsten and daylight color temperature. The LED matrix is mounted on the heat exchanger, which is easily removed for simple upgrade when higher brightness LEDs become available. There's no radiated heat within luminaire's beam of light, and the predicted lifetime is 100,000 hours.

This allows UK companies investing in Pixelrange LED lighting products to qualify for 100% tax relief on their capital expenditure.
