There will be Stage Research workshops in the summer and fall of 2006.
The School of Design & Production at North Carolina School of the Arts offers design education classes each summer. Each class is held in our state-of-the-art production facilities and theatres. The classes are geared toward theatre educators and professionals who are looking to acquire new skills or brush up on the latest theatre technology.
Digital Theatre Sound Design, which features Stage Research, will be held July 11-13. The cost to attend the course is $650. Other theatrical design courses offered this summer are: Theatrical Rigging and AutoCAD For Theatre. Cllick here for more information.
Stage Research will also be in the classroom at LDI2006. On Thursday, October 19, Drew Dalzell will lead "Basic SFX Audio Software." If you are new to SFX or are considering purchasing a SFX system for your venue, this course is for you. More information can be found at www.ldishow.com.
