Production Resource Group, LLC, (PRG) and High Performance Images (HPI), a Chicago-based video company, today jointly announced PRG’s acquisition of HPI. The acquisition greatly enhances PRG’s position as the foremost equipment and technology company in the entertainment industry.
“HPI’s resources and expertise in high-end video staging solutions add depth and breadth to our video division and give us a greatly enhanced presence in the Chicago video market,” says Kevin Baxley, PRG’s co-president and chief operating officer. “It will greatly enhance our ability to offer our clients the complete package of PRG equipment and services—video, lighting, audio and scenic—as well as the start-to-finish production management that so many customers are looking for today.”
HPI founder and president, Adam Benjamin, has 20 years experience in the events industry. His company specializes in guiding clients through the production process and offering creative technical solutions. With experience ranging from video programming to high-end projection and project management, HPI established its reputation by providing their clients access to the highest quality equipment and most knowledgeable crews.
