For the past 10 years Jim has been in business outsourcing, distribution, manufacturing and channel sales where he was responsible for national sales for companies in the consumer electronics, satellite, and wireless internet industry.
Jim's specialties include building strategic relationships with channel partners and strategic customers, new market penetration and product launches.
Jim is an accomplished trainer and speaker, and has published several articles on cross selling, closing sales, and client service.

Jim resides with his wife and two children in Knoxville, TN. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hiking, and participating in triathlons.
