TOMCAT welcomed Fernando Perez-Cervantes as its new Operations Manager of the Americas. Among others, Fernando held a number of very important positions within the Chrysler group and has recently joined the team to plan, organize, direct and control the operations functions in the U.S. and Mexico. Fernando brings extensive experience in lean manufacturing and organizational development, with a global perspective.

Fernando has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Management from Spring Arbor University.
