Caroline Kennedy (President, JFK Library Foundation President) and Jay Zimmerman (Chairman, Bingham McCutchen) hosted a conversation on “Leading with Diversity in a Global Economy” at Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Moderated by Tom Brokaw, the event's distinguished panel featured U.S. Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis; U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice; and Thurgood Marshall Jr., among others.
As Line Producer, Technical Director, and Stage Managers, glue worked closely with all parties to develop the run of show and Q&A format, streamline speaker and panelist onstage movements, and manage a dual-room installation of the panel and an accompanying reception.
For guest entry and reception decor, David Stark's team created a sophisticated environment with oversized photographs and large projections of the President's legendary quotes cascading from the ceiling down the walls of the lobby.
We thank Bingham McCutchen, David Stark Design and Production, and the JFK Library Foundation for inviting us to partake in such an honorable occasion.
