Tour Guide

magazine's Tour Link Conference will be co-locating its annual event at LDI, October 17-20, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The LDI conference and trade show will be held inside the Convention Center while the Tour Link Conference will take place on the Convention Center parking lot.

Plans call for six concert stages with full sound and lights, a transportation expo with touring coaches and trucks, and a tent with booths for service and transportation companies. Exhibitors will include security, tour pass printers, catering, insurance companies, regional sound, stage, light, and pyro companies, freight forwarding--all manner of touring-related companies and manufacturers. The event will begin with a combined golf tournament Thursday morning, an opening night reception, and evening functions Friday and Saturday nights. Tour Link panel sessions and workshops will be held in the Convention Center, and hospitality suites will be held Friday and Saturday nights.

The Tour Link Conference will attract venue personnel, tour and production managers, as well as production companies. The registration fee will be $300, which will include an all-area-access pass to all LDI and Tour Link events and panel sessions. The LDI exhibitor or floor pass will not permit an attendee to enter any of the Tour Link exhibition or function areas. The all-area pass will be required for entrance to those sites and activities.
