ALPS / Advanced Lighting & Production Services, Inc., a Boston, MA area based theatrical lighting and production company, is seeking a skilled individual to manage our Service Department. As one of New England’s largest and fastest growing theatrical lighting companies, we provide sales, rentals, production services, installations and repair/technical services.
To succeed in this role of Technical Service Manager, you must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and execute repair services and related tasks. You must have familiarity with servicing products from most major manufacturers including ETC, Martin, EDI, Leprecon, NSI, etc. You must be able to respond swiftly and appropriately to the sometimes unscheduled, last minute and emergency situations that arise in our industry.
