Dove Systems Celebrates 20th Anniversary and New Products

celebrated its twentieth year of business and fourteen years at the LDI trade show. Making its debut was StarPort for Windows, the long anticipated Windows update to the popular memory lighting control for the personal computer.
Here are other new products that were shown at the recent LDI show.
Another improvement to the popular IQ twelve channel DMX manual
controller is its ability to patch to 512 dimmers, overlapping and
proportional.
The improved IQ512 can also snapshot a look from another console.
The Dimmermaster 2412, a rugged but compact dimmer featuring 24
channels at 1.2KW.
The MTX-DE8 DMX decoder for fluorescent fixtures used in television
lighting.
In the R&D department is a DMX controller for LED fixtures and a DMX control of a followspot. These prototypes gained much attention. Dove also manufactures a handheld talking device that teaches Braille to blind people.
