Liverpool-based ADLIB Audio has undergone a management restructuring exercise designed to optimise the administrative efficiency of the ADLIB group.

ADLIB Audio Hires had acquired ADLIB Audio Sales in a move establishing a new company – ADLIB Audio Ltd. The former directors of Hires – Andy Dockerty, Dave Kay and Mark Roberts – will now be working alongside the two previous directors of Sales - Ken Dockerty and Dave Fletcher. All other elements of the company, names and faces remain the same.

This new streamlined ADLIB Ltd format will continue to trade across it’s three main areas of operation – rental, design/manufacture and sales.

The move was also partially stimulated by the massive recent increase in activity for ADLIB’s sales and installation divisions, allowing more resources and personnel to be at the disposal of those departments.

Andy Dockerty says, "With major contracts like the Isle of Man’s Villa Marina now coming onboard, we need to focus closely on specific growth areas and simultaneously increase technical and creative integration across the whole company. The management infrastructure is now in place to do this."
