LMG, Inc. recently hired Rafael Rivera as accounts manager at its Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) location. Rivera’s responsibilities will include the overall management of LMG’s onsite office at the OCCC. His efforts will focus on increasing business through sales, client relations, and marketing, and evaluating the operation to be constantly improving on LMG’s services for the OCCC and its clients.
Rivera brings a strong background of sales, leadership, and customer service to LMG. He is an AV industry veteran with almost 20 years experience in the hotel/in-house AV business, holding many positions from an AV technician to management. Most recently, Rivera spent the last three years as the sales manager of event technology at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Hotel. Prior to that, Rivera was employed by Walt Disney World Entertainment/Disney Event Productions, and was a team leader and AV manager at almost every Disney Resort during his 14-year tenure.
