White Light’s Sales team has recently supplied the new Rainbow Pro scrollers to the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company, English National Opera, and the Thursford Collection in Norfolk. The sales team have also supplied Rainbow scrollers to a number of other lighting rental companies for use on shows such as Mary Poppins and Saturday Night Fever in London’s West End and The Three Musketeers in Germany.
White Light’s Hire team has been supplying Rainbow scrollers to shows for over fifteen years now, with recent projects using Rainbow scrollers including Evita, Billy Elliot and Daddy Cool in the West End, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Miss Saigon on tour. Some of the very first Rainbow scrollers used for M. Butterfly and the original Miss Saigon back in the late eighties are still earning their keep in White Light’s hire stock.
“We are very pleased with the way White Light has used their distributor status to demonstrate the benefits of using Rainbow color scrollers to their hire and sales customers alike,” comments Michael Althaus, managing director for Rainbow. “Their position in the market and confidence in the product has generated many opportunities over the last four years. We look forward to working with them exclusively for many more.”
