In order to provide the best after sales service and support on the market, Martin Professional A/S has hired Thomas Gosvig as after sales and service manager. Thomas, who will be based at the Martin headquarter office in Aarhus, Denmark, started in the new position April 1, 2005.
Over the past 15 years Gosvig has worked in all aspects of after sales, most recently with American Power Conversion and before that with ITC Scandinavia Group. He is a certified electrician and maritime engineer and has held positions in areas such as network installation management, product support engineering, product management, new product development, sales and service management consultancy and communications management.
In his new position Gosvig will be responsible for Martin’s Corporate Service Department, including development and implementation of the Martin Professional after market strategy, optimization of service business processes, service product lifecycles including quality assurance, and customer satisfaction as related to the after sales business area.

In another appointment, Nanna Mazanti Friborg has been named to the position of competence development manager. Friborg comes from a position within Martin Professional where she worked in sales coordination and project management. Her new responsibilities will encompass service sales tools, analyses and surveys, services communication as well as Martin’s education program, Acade*Media. Her new position became effective August 1, 2005.
