AV Concepts, the full-service supplier of audio-visual, staging and technical support for meetings and conventions, has hired three new members to its team.

Christopher Taylor has joined as director of sales. Taylor will lead the corporate business development effort, concentrating on new business in existing markets as well initiating new markets. Taylor comes to AV Concepts with over 15 years of sales management experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as regional director of sales and marketing for Hilton Hotels where he managed over $260 million in annual budgeted sales. Michael Wilson has joined as the director of hotel operations for the company’s hotel division. Wilson will supervise all of our in-house facilities to ensure a high level of customer service and provide management level support to our on-site staff. Wilson will focus on customer service and help advance growth and expansion for the company. Wilson has more than 15 years experience in the audio-visual industry, and recently relocated from Hawaii, where he was responsible for the audio-visual operations of six properties on three islands.

AV Concepts hired Michael Collins as the director of audio-visual services for the company’s in-house location at Scottsdale Plaza Resort. Collins will manage all operational functions of the on-site office. He will represent AV Concepts and be the key contact for incoming clients to the property.
