NKDDI's Design For Luna Lounge & Nightclub

The main entry and lobby of Luna is lined with custom designed and built moss orbs as patrons are welcomed at the host podium.

NKDDI worked closely with Martin Professional on the venue. All prior cove lighting, for example, was substituted with Easypix LEDs, shown here on the frosted glass RGB wash.

Once inside, two dedicated gogo platforms in the Lizard Lounge (named for its red lizard skin wall covering) grace the other side of the frosted glass, with dancers washed with four modified Martin Professional Mania fixture outfitted with custom diffuser lens.

Clean lines house the main bar of Luna with plush velvet seating, dark wood tones, and contrasting white tiles, all accented with custom grape-wood trees, moss orbs, and onion grass that frame the discrete DJ booth.

The space is marked by a gradual progression from a subtle, sophisticated lounge-like atmosphere to a more high-energy venue as patrons venture deeper inside the space.

Due to the size of the room, square towers and blades lined with oak strips add texture and break up the field of view, also creating a canvas for lighting.

Lined with a chiseled black marble and white seating, the center of attraction for the patio is the pods. Martin Professional EFX700 fixtures with custom diffuser lenses wash the circular white pods.
