Comments received after that time may not be considered as part of this public review.
The complete public review materials packet includes a copy of BSR E1.11, a comment form, and an instruction page. These materials are available on the ESTA website at http://www.esta.org/tsp/E1-11inst.htm, or can be requested by writing to:

In this public review the standards committee is particularly interested in comments on the sections of the draft text that are marked by a vertical bar in the left margin. These sections have been revised since the last public review. The unmarked sections of text have not been changed since the last review, either because no comments were offered on them, or because the comments that urged changes were not persuasive.
The BSR E1.11 project is being undertaken by the Control Protocols Working Group, part of the ANSI-accredited standards committee E1, Safety and Compatibility of Entertainment Technical Equipment and Practices. The Entertainment Services and Technology Association is the secretariat for Accredited Standards Committee E1 and provides administrative support to the committee. Membership in the working group is open to all who are affected by its work. ESTA membership is not a requirement.
