Le Maitre Special Effects has developed a system called Master Service Tracker (MST) which is a first of its kind in this industry. It is an online return authorization (RA) system. This new MST system has many different functions, including the ability to be used by clients for products that need to be returned for repair, to check on the status of the service actions, to quickly print shipping orders, and track items being shipped back to them.

“Le Maitre has a policy to service as many of its products internally," says president Adrian Segeren. “This practice allows us the ability to maintain constant product improvement." To streamline the repair process, a new depot has been constructed in Groveland, Florida, which is headed by our five-year veteran technician, Tony Wikner. Seventy-five percent of all USA- based customer products will be repaired at this location.
