The Enttec Pixie Driver was designed for the new WS2812 and WS2812b standards of LED tape, which has its own Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) driver trio for each pixel. Controlling installations based on that kind of tape has been a challenge. Available in 110W (controlling up to 600 RGB LEDs) and 55W (driving up to 300 RGB LEDs), the driver has two five-pin XLR inputs for 1,024 DMX channels of control and up to four universes (110W version) via USB cable from a computer running a special utility. Its all-in-one design combines power conversion with DMX distribution and standalone operation modes.
