Due to the great demand for media server training on the Hippotizer, TMB, Scharff Weisberg, and Green Hippo have joined forces to add new hippo workstations for the class at LDI 2007, so there are now four additional slots available.

A Full-Day course with Green Hippo’s cutting-edge Hippotizer Learn to use the cutting-edge Hippotizer media server, a tool that provides media display solutions to the live presentation industry. Live events, concerts, television, clubs, and theatre all use the system to enhance their productions. With great flexibility and high quality media playback the Hippotizer is in action at events from Cirque du Soleil’s Love at The Mirage in Las Vegas to the new Universal Studio’s new “Universal 360: A Cinesphere Spectacular” in Orlando.

The full-day course includes setting up the Hippotizer to learning its basic functions, timelines, layering, and advanced features. Taught by Nigel Sadler of Green Hippo with James Heron and/or Tom Etra, with support from TMB.

Target Audience: lighting designers, video designers, and console programmers who want to learn how to use a cutting-edge media server for media solutions.
