BEGA/US has appointed Chas Bernstein as the company’s East Coast Sales Manager. In this newly created position Bernstein will support BEGA’s 13 independent sales representatives along the Eastern Seaboard states from Maine to Florida.
In his new role, Bernstein will work to broaden and enhance the scope of assistance available from BEGA/US for both sales representatives and the lighting specification community. He will report to Steve Kohl, National Sales Manger.

Bernstein brings over 30 years of lighting industry experience, on both sides of the Atlantic, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing at W.A.C. Lighting. Prior to that, he served for eight years in various executive roles at Lightolier/Genlyte, taking on the positions of regional sales manager, general manager, and ultimately vice president. Bernstein also served as Northeast regional manager for Progress Lighting, as well as six years establishing Erco Lighting in the U.S.
