Amerlux Lighting Systems and W.A.C. Lighting will announce a strategic alliance that covers marketing, product development, manufacturing, and sourcing for the commercial and retail markets, at GlobalShop 2003, which will take place in Chicago March 16-18.

Later this year, Amerlux and W.A.C. plan on launching several co-developed product lines to their respective markets.
