First in a new family of Ayrton LED luminaires based on the application of continuous rotation, MagicPanel™ 602 is a modular fixture allowing a broad range of diverse and dazzling visual effects.
Following MagicPanel™602's impressive European debut at Prolight + Sound last month in Frankfurt, Ayrton's exclusive US distributor Morpheus Lights is proud to introduce this bold new luminaire to the American design community and entertainment production marketplace.
MagicPanel™602 LED moving head offers continuous rotation on the pan and tilt axes and is able to display media via on-board ArKaos KlingNet protocol.
MagicPanel™602 offers designers the option to display numbers, letters, graphic effects or images, as well as a massive 7.5° beam at an output of up to 15,000 lumens with a power consumption of only 600 watts.
The display is composed of 36 x 15 Watt LED RGBW modules fitted with high-output 7° 45-mm optics and is fully pixel-mappable in expanded mode. The unit contains a sophisticated and very quiet cooling system.
MagicPanel™602 can be used in groups to create rotating screens on two axes and produce completely novel effects, as shown in this video footage from the Ayrton booth at PL+S:
Morpheus will begin shipping production models from Las Vegas in June. More information on the Ayrton product line, along with company contact information, can be found on the Morpheus Lights website at: http://www.morpheuslights.com
