PixelFLEX, innovators of lightweight custom LED Solutions, recently named Monty Rains Chief Operating Officer.
Monty Rains, a veteran senior sales and marketing executive, has been named Chief Operating Officer for PixelFLEX, a leading LED solutions company based in Nashville. In this new role, Rains will be responsible for expanding sales channels, forging strategic partnerships and building structure and strategic processes to assist with the aggressive growth.
PixelFLEX - innovators of lightweight custom LED solutions offering flexibility, durability, and ease of storage and use - selected the new COO based on Rains' longstanding professional history of achieving substantial sales growth across a wide variety of manufacturing and distribution markets.

Prior to being named to his new position, Rains most recently served as vice president of corporate development for a best-in-class private equity-funded digital learning company based in Birmingham, Al. Over the past 30 years, he has held a variety of executive positions with leading companies from venture-funded start-up's to Fortune 30 companies. His positions scaling up companies in a variety of verticals will serve Rains well in his leadership capacity for PixelFLEX.
