9:30-9:45am: Opening remarks: David Johnson, publisher, Live Design magazine

9:45-11:15am: Howard Werner: Focus on Broadway projection design, from the tour of Dreamgirls to Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark

11:30am-1:00pm: Howard Werner and members of the Spider-Man team: video programmer Phil Gilbert, production video tech and associate designer Jason Lindahl, and associate designer Sarah Jakubasz, on the technical challenges of creating the images for a mega-musical like Spider-Man.

1:00-2:000pm: Lunch

2:00-3:30pm: Sven Ortel: An in-depth look at his Broadway design work, focusing on the new production of Wonderland, and Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown

3:45-5:15pm: Sven Ortel, Michael Kohler, programmer for Woman On the Verge and media server tech on Wonderland, plus Chris Kurtz, in-house video tech for Wonderland (and Woman In White a few years ago) for a discussion of the technical challenges and solutions for projections on Broadway today.

5:15-5:30pm............ Wrap-up

6:00pm: Cocktail party and Live Design Projection Products of the Year and Excellence Awards presentations
