Robert Rendall has been appointed chief operating officer of Tomcat USA Inc. Rendall joined the Midland, TX-based trussing firm in September 1996 as its executive vice president, after serving six years as corporate counsel to The Clayton Williams Companies.
"Since the beginning of Tomcat, Robert has been an advisor to the company," says president and CEO Mitch Clark. "Last year we were fortunate to be able to officially make him a part of the senior management team, and now as COO he can continue to help direct and grow our company."
