We were pleased to see mention of the Shakespeare Theatre's production of Camino Real in ED news in the August 2000 issue ["Carnival of Souls," p. 9]. A correction, however, is in order. Li Qiang, Arena Stage's extraordinarily talented scenic charge, did indeed contribute to the final version of the show's backdrop. However, the entire production (comprising many scenic elements besides the backdrop) was painted by our own scenic charge Jason Lajka and assistant charge Kristen Bennett.
