Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC) has appointed Morris A. Bierig its vice president of research and development. Bierig joined ETC from Althin Medical Inc. of Portland, OR, where he was director of R&D.
Bierig will be responsible not only for R&D at ETC's Middleton, WI, headquarters, but will also oversee R&D West in Hollywood, CA, and ETC's Advanced Software Group.
