The Lighting and Audio Groups of Production Resource Group (PRG) will be merged into a single operating unit. The two divisions will continue to be branded separately but will be managed by a single senior PRG management group. PRG hopes to offer an integrated production resource for the live, corporate, and themed entertainment markets.
Staff alignment is as follows: Don Knezovic is the COO of the Lighting/Audio Group; Steve Terry is president of lighting systems; Nick Jackson continues as Light and Sound Design's president; Jeff Senkovich has been promoted into the new position of VP of lighting/audio; Don Stern, chairman of the lighting/audio group, is assuming responsibility for Production Arts' rental sales and operation; and a national sales organization of five geographic regions has been created along with a national sales function targeting specific market segments. All national sales are being managed by Bill Gallinghouse, senior VP of sales.
