J.R. Clancy Receives ISO Certification

J.R. Clancy of Syracuse, NY, is the first US theatrical rigging manufacturer to be certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards. CEO Bob Theis said the certification was the result of an 18-month effort in which every employee participated in the review and upgrade of company processes. “Conforming to the rigorous standard set in ISO 9001:2000 demanded a lot of time and effort from each J.R. Clancy employee,” Theis said, “but the time and money we've invested, and continue to invest, will have a lasting effect on the quality products and services our customers can expect.”
