CyberHoist USA Launched At LDI 2007

Nov 19, 2007 4:08 PM

The triple award-winning CyberHoist / InMotion 3D motion control system is to be exclusively distributed in North America by CyberHoist USA, and the deal was officially signed at CyberHoist USA’s booth at this year’s LDI show in Orlando on November 16.

CyberHoist USA, part of Tomcat Global Corporation, will provide a comprehensive sales, service, training, and rental customer support operation for the USA and Canada from its base in Las Vegas.

Mitch Clark, president of Tomcat Global, said: “The future is looking incredibly exciting for the CyberHoist marque in North America. It’s by far the best designed, fastest, and most flexible motion control system out there, as well as one of the quietest systems on the market. CyberHoist meets what our clients have been asking for. I think they will be delighted to get access and full support, based right here in the USA, for this super safe system.”

CyberHoist USA will support the full range of CyberHoist intelligent chain hoist motors and the intuitive InMotion 3D object-oriented system management software, as well as the new North American–standard 208V three-phase chain motors, in addition to the existing 400V systems, plus the specialist XLNT DataMotion data and PowerMotion power supply systems and Emergency Stop products which complete the system.

XLNT Advanced Technologies’
commercial director Marc van der Wel added: “Lighting and set designers love the blend of superbly smooth movement, near silent operation, and wide range of operating speeds and load capacities—it’s the perfect partner in creating a fluid motion-control show. With the new headquarters here in North America we intend to grow the brand significantly.”

AT LDI in 2005 CyberHoist / InMotion 3D was awarded Rigging Product of the Year while the spectacular live demonstration earned system developer XLNT the Best Creative Use of Light Award for its booth. Both accolades follow the system’s PLASA Award for Innovation at its European launch in London the previous year.
