The D-Mitri digital audio platform from Meyer Sound is a network-based system that encompasses the entire audio chain, from microphone input to loudspeaker output, incorporating multichannel distribution, recording and playback, and show control automation. It is one of the first audio products to adopt the new AVB (Audio Video Bridging) standard, which makes it a true realtime system that allows multiple network devices to respond to a command at the same time. It also offers Gigabit networking, enhanced configuration flexibility, and precise mixing and routing of matrices up to 576x576 channels. Inherently scalable to virtually any size, systems can be tailored for applications including theme parks, spectacle shows, museums, planetariums, stadiums and arenas, and retail environments.
