Thern Stage Equipment’s Manual-to-Motorized Clew Hoist Conversion Kits
Users can convert manual clew winches to electric operation with Thern Stage Equipment’s Manual-to-Motorized Clew Hoist Conversion Kits. The conversion kits facilitate full onsite conversion of Thern’s CW-1100 series Clew Winches from manual operation to electric power without returning units to the factory. Kits are based on power requirements, for either single-phase 115V or three-phase 208-230/460V operation. All kits include a motor with internal mechanical brake for positive load control, a secondary worm gear reducer for power transmission, and a four-position limit switch with chain drive and mounting bracket.
