Gear-Source Launches Audio Division
Gear-Source, Inc. is officially launching a pro audio group. Leading the group will be Shaun Robinson, who has been with the company for more than a year. Robinson's extensive background in pro audio, his knowledge of audio gear, plus his network with the manufacturers and industry players will help him to rapidly establish GearSource.com into an audio industry leader.
Gear-Source president Marcel Fairbairn is confident expectations in launching the GearSource.com audio group will be exceeded: "We're confident Shaun will help to lead us to a whole new level of audio sales" says Marcel. "It's always been my opinion that the audio business is larger and more established than lighting, and as a result, we've always planned to invest in the audio growth of our business."
The company maintains that audio currently makes up 15% or their total sales, however expects that number will grow to 50% by the end of 2008.
