Strand System Builder™ Version 2.1 Released

Version 2.1 of Strand System Builder™ (SSB) is now released and available as a free download from the Strand Lighting website. http://strandlighting.com/
Strand System Builder is a lighting controls design software tool that facilitates design and specification of Strand Lighting control products. The program guides users step-by-step through the process of selecting the right lighting control solution to fit any need—from architectural to theatrical—and everything in between. Best of all, Strand System Builder™ is a free to download and use.
Strand System Builder version 2.1 is primarily intended to add, build, and specify systems with the Strand Lighting r21™ Powered Raceway product. The r21 Powered Raceway from Strand Lighting replaces a conventional dimmer rack and connector strip system with a single lightweight device. Raceway dimmers utilize Strand Lighting's patented Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) dimming technology. Due to the IGBT dimmer's chokeless, lightweight design and quiet operation, the dimmers are fabricated directly into the electrical raceway and installed within the performance area or any public space, rather than past practice of separate dimmer rooms.
