The Mania SCX series is Martin’s response to the market demand for more powerful, compact and feature packed scanners. The latest in the series is the Mania SCX700, a far-reaching and blinding moving mirror effect driven by 150 watts of discharge power. The SCX700 also features crisp rotating gobos, a broad selection of colors and a fast strobe effect making it ideal for the all-night club dance floor.

This discharge scanner effect houses a high-quality optical system for maximum light output and true high-definition image quality. It combines with a long life 150W discharge lamp (6000 hours, included) to kick out an impressively powerful array of graphics and color.

The SCX700 features separate color and gobo wheels for a multitude of brilliant effects. Included are seven interchangeable, indexable rotating gobos (three glass, four metal) along with nine interchangeable colors and a split color feature for added color capability. An additional eight metal gobos are included separately – and absolutely free - to give a broader more flexible choice of show options. The SCX700 is exceptionally fast with instant movement and a separate shutter is included for fast strobe effects.

Designed for both installation and portable use, the SCX700 is DMX controllable for ultimate manageability or use the convenience of the music trigger or stand-alone mode. It includes pre-programmed shows for easy impression and fast and easy programming.

Extremely service friendly, the SCX700 has no duty cycle. And like all Mania products it is officially ETL, cETL and CE approved meaning users are assured of the fixtures’ safety and performance.

The Mania SCX700 comes in a durable yet compact housing complete with hanging bracket that doubles as a carrying handle. This versatile scanner also includes a number of mounting options yet is durable enough for life on the road.
