Using a 200W white light LED source, the Elektralite eye Kandy fixture draws under 3A and has a beam angle set at 6° that can be reduced to 3°. The fixture includes a color wheel with seven dichroic filters, including rich red and deep UV blue; seven interchangeable gobos; and 16 tri-color 3W 25° LEDs arranged around the front lens. The lens LEDs can provide a color wash around the main tight beam and can be controlled in quadrants for additional color effects. The unit also includes dimming and strobe functions for both the white light LED engine and the lens ring LEDs, together or separately. Control is via DMX as well as in standalone mode, with or without audio triggers for control without needing a controller.
