Job Opening: Director of Technical Operations
Cirque du Soleil, the internationally renowned French-Canadian theatrical production company, is seeking a highly experienced Director of Technical Operations for its new production at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This person will be responsible for the strategic overall direction and management of the technical operations. Qualified candidates must be able to hire and manage technical staff as well as create and manage crew and technical budgets.
Must have a minimum of six years in a technical management position along with training in theatre technology. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Must be self-motivated, highly organized, have excellent written and oral communication skills and have knowledge of Word and Excel.
