Central Presentations Ltd (CPL), West Midlands and Bristol based AV rental specialist, has maintained its ISO 9001:2008 certification for the fourth year running - without any non-compliance or non-conformance requests.
The Standard refers to the quality of the management and other systems in place and the company's overall commitment and ability to deliver outstanding customer service, products and general support and efficiency to its clients.
ISO9001 is designed to encourage excellence in companies and organisations and to help them understand and instigate the best and most appropriate processes for delivering the premium services.
A rigorous audit, including a comprehensive inspection and report precedes the certification being awarded or renewed annually.
CPL has built its reputation on designing, specifying, consulting and supplying the latest AV, video and projection technology to projects of all sizes, spanning a dynamic range of sectors including the corporate and experiential events markets, live productions, rental & staging applications and installations.
CPL has just doubled its West Midlands warehouse and office facility in a recent expansion which will help streamline the operational efficiency yet further. The company is committed to ongoing investment to keep abreast of the latest technologies in a fast moving world.
CPL offers a single point of contact for clients needing creative and practical solutions for any AV requirements. The fine tuned hire operation is run by a dedicated staff of experienced, informed managers, technicians and engineers. This, together with competitive pricing and a friendly and accessible attitude has all contributed to great customer satisfaction, a high volume of repeat and return business as well as many word-of-mouth referrals for new business.
Says CPL MD Matthew Boyse, "ISO 9001 status is a great validation of our systems and working practices, and also a tribute to the incredible teamwork throughout the whole company - from our project and account managers, administration staff, engineers, technicians, service and support personnel and frontline crew".
He adds that retaining ISO9001 will help the company move forward with long term strategic objectives and consolidating their current business plans.
