Royal Shakespeare Company At New York’s Park Avenue Armory
When this season’s Lincoln Center Festival came to New York, the Royal Shakespeare Company brought its venue with it, quite literally, installing a replica Shakespearean theatre, the Scarlet & Gray, into the massive Park Avenue Armory for an unprecedented five Shakespearean plays in repertory for 44 performances this past summer.
